The Property
The Crows Nest is a very large architect designed two storey residence perched high on the ridge overlooking Gnarabup Beach and the pristine coastline of Western Australia's south-west.

The house offers spectacular views to all points of the compass, with the main focus being the world famous surf break to the north west. Behind the house is national park.

It is beautifully appointed, with quality fittings, including stereo system, two televisions and DVD, and caters for groups of 10. There is also a cottage on the same large block and groups of up to 20 can be catered for. The Crows Nest is within easy walking distance of safe swimming beaches. The wineries, restaurants, art galleries, surf beaches and other attractions of the region are just minutes away. A beautiful 18-hole, all grass greens golf course is a five-minute drive from the house, and visitors are guaranteed to see kangaroos feeding on the grass at any time of the day. Golf clubs can be hired.

The massive lounge-dining room has polished timber floor and cathedral ceilings to 5.2m. The solid timber dining table seats 10, and there is a television in this area. The gourmet fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher and microwave (and sensational views).

There are four large bedrooms, each with a queen size quality bed and one with two singles, and all bedrooms have built-in robes. All beds have electric blankets. There are two bathrooms: The top floor bathroom has a bath with view of national park and the other has an oversized shower recess, vanity and full width mirror. The toilets are separate from the bathrooms, one on each floor.

The games room is huge, and contains a quality pool table, lounge chairs and second TV and DVD. It is an ideal area for the children.

A lovely feature of the house is the expansive outdoor decks with gas barbecue. The decks are protected by a laminated glass balustrade which provides a safe and secure play area for small children. The sound of the surf 500m distant is ever-present.

The laundry has an automatic washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Heating is by wood slow combustion stove with glass front, cooling by overhead fans. Windows throughout are floor to ceiling, with square cedar windows to the east offering views of the national park behind the residence.

Undercover parking for four vehicles, plus secure boat/trailer parking
